By purchasing you agree to the following terms:

By purchasing from Seelie Sales events, you affirm to have read and agree to the following Terms of Use below. Failure to abide by the Terms of Use may result in a block and/ or public blacklist. Please note that these Terms of Use may be subject to change without prior notice.These Terms of Use are up to date and in effect as of Jul 9, 2021.

I. General

  1. This event is a gacha, therefore the buyer will get a design at random unless they have purchased the "AB/Direct pick" pull. To purchase a re-roll, the buyer must submit a request within 1 hour of getting the results of their original pull or previous re-roll.

  2. This design and artwork is a digital good, it doesn't require any shipping.

  3. Terms and conditions are subject to change to protect myself and the customer from harm.

II. Payment

  1. Invoice must be paid in full USD currency.

  2. Payment can not be cancelled without discussing with me.

  3. Refunds may be allowed if discussed. But please make sure you have funds ready to avoid issues.

ADDITIONAL RULES IN REGARDS TO PAYMENT PLANS/HOLDS
- Payment plans and holds are only available for ABs. Due to multiple occurrences of cancelations, these are only allowed if you are able to do at least a 25% down payment.
- If said payment plan or hold is canceled afterward, said design will be reopened for purchase. Refunds will not be allowed.

III. Trade/Sale

  1. Notify the respective artist when the owner changes.

  2. The design can only be resold for what you paid or lower. If the character comes with extra commissioned artwork then that price can be added on.

  3. Trading and gifting is allowed. But the design cannot be sold again after that point.

  4. Any theft or unfair trading will result in blacklisting for any future events.

IV. Editing

  1. Minor design edits are allowed but please keep it recognizable.

  2. Additional outfits and other details may be drawn on the artwork.

  3. Do not remove the artist's signature or watermark

V. Rights

  1. This design may not be used for commercial use, profit, or promotion unless given explicit written permission from the respective artist.

  2. The customer may use the artwork for personal use and personal display. The art may also be used by the customer as icons, wallpaper, and other decoration with proper credits to the respective artist.

  3. This design and any form or part of it may NOT be used for NFT (non-fungible token) or any service/product/transaction related to NFT. You may not reproduce or alter the original image in any way, no matter how unrecognizable it may become, for use in any NFT related purposes. No derivatives of the commissioned piece may be made into/minted/sold as NFT. This also applies to any commissions in the past and future from the artist to any and all clients.

  4. The respective artist reserves intellectual and artistic rights over the artwork and character design.

VI. Sharing

  1. You may post the artwork elsewhere but always credit and link back to me on one of my sites.

  2. Always credit the respective artist for the design and artwork. Never claim it as your own.

  3. Only the customer and the respective artist have the rights to post the image.

  4. The respective artist have the right to post the image, use it in portfolios, and in other forms of publication. Please credit the respective artist as Creator on Toyhou.se for the design.
